The company

The company was formed to develop and commercialise GEI-AI. It does not provide consultancy, systems integration or general technology services.
The founder
Dorcas Adegbite, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Dorcas is the architect of the methodology behind GEI-AI. Her background is in sales, project management and communications inside regulated environments, with around ten years of practice and a master's degree in International Business, awarded with commendation.
How the company started.
The observation that led to GEI-AI came from working directly with regulated communications. Organisations in these sectors are required to demonstrate that the things they send are capable of being understood by the people who receive them, including those in difficult circumstances. Everyone accepts the requirement. Almost nobody has an instrument for measuring it.
What exists instead is a sample, read by hand, scored against a rubric, and defended if challenged. It is careful work done by capable people, and it cannot answer the question that is actually being asked, because the question is about a whole population and the method can only address a fraction of it.
That gap is the company. Not a general ambition to apply artificial intelligence to compliance, but a specific measurement problem that has a specific answer, and the two years of methodology work required to get to one.
GEI-AI is in development. The platform is at an early research and build stage. No product is commercially available, no deployment has taken place, and we make no performance claims.
The team
A small senior bench, assembled around one technical risk.
GEI-AI is being built by a specialist team spanning behavioural science, computational neuroscience and applied machine learning.
The team is deliberately structured around the hardest part of the problem: the seam between the science that defines what is being measured and the models that produce the measurement. That is where projects of this kind usually fail: a construct that is sound in the literature degrades into something convenient by the time it reaches production. Depth on both sides of that seam is not a luxury here; it is the whole design.
The company works with independent advisers on strategy, cybersecurity and information security, and technical delivery. Intellectual property counsel is Basck Limited of Cambridge.
How we work
Three commitments.
We state where we are. GEI-AI is in development. We publish no accuracy figures, no customer names and no deployment claims, because none of those things exists yet. When they do, they will be measured before they are published.
We build to be checked. The scientific frameworks the platform draws on are public, and we name them. Validation is designed around independent expert judgement rather than our own assessment of our own work.
We say what we are not. GEI-AI is an assurance tool that strengthens an organisation's own evidence. It is not an audit, it does not certify compliance, and it does not replace human judgement.
We are early, and we would rather say so.
